Terms
Terms of service.
These terms apply to this website and transportation requests submitted to Comfort Drive.

Reservation requests
Submitting the website form is a request, not a confirmed reservation. A ride is confirmed only after Comfort Drive accepts the itinerary, availability and price directly with you.
Pricing and changes
Displayed rates are informational starting points unless a written quote states otherwise. Final pricing may depend on route, time, duration, vehicle, waiting time, parking, tolls and itinerary changes.
Cancellations
Cancellation and refund terms are provided with the final quote or confirmation because they may vary by vehicle and itinerary. Contact us as early as possible if plans change.
Website use
Do not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access or submit false requests. Website materials may not be reproduced commercially without permission.
